We know what it’s like to run a project on a shoestring. We’ve written the bids, delivered the workshops, tried to cobble together ‘impact data’ at midnight before a funder deadline. That’s why we created Impacto - the platform we wish we’d had when we were doing the work ourselves.

To build a buzzing ecosystem of grassroots organisations who feel confident about tracking their impact, reporting to funders, and applying for what they truly deserve. We're here to make impact measurement less of a chore and more of a power move.
Not your typical consultants
We don't do jargon. We don't do inflated fees for flashy PDFs that gather dust. And we definitely don't think research should be gatekept by people with PhDs and large charities with equally large budgets.
Instead, we build practical, powerful tools that frontline charities can actually use. Templates that work. Systems that save time. Surveys that make sense. Everything we design is rooted in social research best practice but built for people without data teams.
We're doers, not just thinkers.
We've worked in housing, health, mental wellbeing, youth services, heritage, arts, food banks, faith-based initiatives, you name it. We've sat in the community centres. We've scrambled for core costs. We get it.
